My ultimate goal is to help establish an army of urban farmers in Vancouver, BC. Together we can change the way our urban landscapes are managed.
Join me for a full day of touring and talking about growing food as a professional urban agriculturist.
See first hand a number of urban gardens that are under production as urban farms.
This is an opportunity to check out a variety of irrigation systems, organic fertilizers and compost, trellising, raised bed gardens, a wide variety of vegetable crops and a large rooftop garden (65 beds) in downtown Vancouver.
After this workshop you will see the city landscape from a different perspective.
